| What should I do, if there is no image on screen or boot-up, when I am testing motherboard outside |
| the case ? |
| Answer: |
| Reinstall memory, VGA, or even CPU, a few times if uncertain. Check if memory of correct type is |
| properly inserted in correct sockets and has good metal contacts. Check if VGA card is evenly, |
| fully inserted in a slot. Check if harddrive, floppy cables are |
| connected in right directions. Listen to speaker buzz for BIOS trouble code during POST. |

| What should I do before installing new motherboard in the case ? |
| Answer: |
| Make sure no static on your hands by touching power supply or non-painted metal surface, before |
| handling electronic parts. Check jumper setting or dip switch on motherboard for the CPU in use. |
| Install CPU and cooler, if not done. Insert memory in proper |
| sockets and VGA card in any slot of proper type. Test boot-up of the board outside the case first, if |
| uncertain about the assembly, to help trouble shooting in subsequent steps. Lay the board on |
| insulated surface, connect power connector(s) to power supply. |

| I never tried upgrading my computer and am unfamiliar with computer hardwares. How easy it is to |
| upgrade my computer ? |
| Answer: |
| If you are observant and careful with whatever you do, upgrading can be easier than what you |
| thought. Basically, you just literally reverse the steps of disassembly. Read instructions, manual, |
| call our tech support. |
